Hiatus: a break or interruption in the continuity of a work, series, action, etc.
Does a mom ever really take a hiatus??? No, but I have taken one recently from blogging. I don’t know why I have taken such a long break….I love posting our adventures and my hobbies on this site….but there comes certain times in your life where you have to simplify for a little bit until you can grasp balance again. WELL that is where I am finally at….six months later….but finally finding some balance!
Maybe it is because I am done with our co-op classes, maybe because I am getting grips on my new church calling, maybe even because the school year is almost done for us and school work isn’t so demanding….I’m not entirely sure why I feel like I can add more things to my plate right now, but I’m baaaaack! And it feels so good!
I didn’t really prepare anything to post about today…but I have a long list that will be coming. Really I just wanted to write and apologize for disappearing for a long time and if you love anything about homeschooling, chickens, gardening, parenting…..fails and successes. I will be posting them right here. Thanks for following!
