Gardening Boxes & Greenhouse

I have had high gardening boxes for about 3 years now and I love them!  They are so nice to garden in and they cut down on weeds more than enough to make up for the extra time they take to build. (I HATE WEEDS)!!

See that HUGE rhubarb plant?!?  This came as a start from my grandma many years ago and every year gets bigger and more beautiful!  I wish rhubarb was like eating a carrot or something, but its not 🙂

So far I have planted my lettuce, peas, asparagus, potatoes, herbs…I already had the rhubarb, strawberries, chives, and garlic.  I will plant the rest of the garden the first of June…where I live our last frost date is around June 6, but I will probably plant next week and put the sensitive plants in wall of waters.

Our new adventure this year is my greenhouse!  I am so dang excited to finally get this masterpiece built.  My husband is working hard on it.  We took half of the chickens area…which it was just loaned to them because the greenhouse has been in the works for 4 years now.  But they are still made about it.  Over the years I have gathered old windows from various places and now it is all coming together.  I am excited to show you the finished product in a couple weeks when it is finished!
